2011-12-27 FAA eFAST Addition Functional Area Award

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has authorized the Documentation &  Training (D&T) Functional Area as an eligible procurement area for Rollout Systems on the Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) Master Ordering Agreement (MOA).

With this latest amendment, Rollout Systems is eligible to participate in the procurement process for contract award in five Functional Areas:

1) Computer Systems Support (CSS);

2) Computer/Information Systems Design (CSD);

3) Engineering Services (ES); 

4) Business Administration & Management (BAM); and

5) Documentation & Training (D&T). 



2011-10-01 Rich Preble Joins Rollout Systems

Rollout Systems welcomes Rich Preble as our Vice President of Corporate Development.  Rich joins us after a pretigious career in the US Marine Corps and private industry.  He brings a wealth of business development, aviation and DoD program experience to Rollout Systems.



2011-05-27 FAA eFAST Award

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awards Rollout Systems the Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) to provide services in four functional areas: 1) Computer Systems Support (CSS); 2) Computer/Information Systems Design (CSD); 3) Engineering Services (ES); and 4) Business Administration & Management (BAM).  The eFAST MOA is awarded as a small business set aside.  Rollout Systems has the added ability to pursue task orders set aside for 8(a) and Minority Owned Businesses (MOB).

The eFAST MOA has a $2B ceiling with a period of performance through September 30, 2016 and is available for use by the FAA and, on a limited basis, when in the best interest of the Government, by all federal government agencies.

The Navy Certification Authority announces approval of Rollout Systems as a Fully Qualified Corporate Navy Validator.

2010-05-17     FISCSD Announces FRS/VX Office Administration Services Award

Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego (FISCSD) announces award to Rollout Systems for general administrative duties within the Administrative, Training, Operations, Special Projects, and Maintenance Departments for organizational level (O-Level) support of Fleet Replacement Squadrons (FRS) and Test and Evaluation Squadrons (VX).

2009-06-01     NAVAIR Announces PMA205 PM Support Services Award

NAVAIR announces PMA-205 Program Management support services award to Rollout Systems for Mobile Aircraft Firefighting Training Device (MAFTD), and Aircraft Launch, Recovery Equipment (ALRE) training programs and OPNAV general program management support.

2009-05-20     NAWCTSD Announces Tidewater Naval Aviation Training Systems Curriculums Revision and Maintenace Award

NAWCTSD announces the Tidewater Naval Aviation Training Systems Curriculums Revision and Maintenance Award to Rollout Systemsfor E-2C/C-2A Fleet Readiness Squadrom Training Systems, Landing Signal Officer (LSO) School, Composite Fighter Squadron Twelve (VFC-12), and E-2CD Air Combat Training System (ACTS).

2009-04-02     SeaPort-e Option Exercised

The U.S. Navy exercised the first option period of Rollout Systems' contract to provide services to the virtual system commands (SYSCOMS); NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, and SPAWAR.

2008-12-01     Pax River Office Opens

Rollout Systems opens office in the Holly business park in California, Maryland to better serve our NAVAIR customers. Establishing a local presence in the communities where we work and live is important to us, our customers and employees.

2008-05-01       NAVAIR Announces FRC-E/ISSC-CP IT/IM Technical Support Services Award

NAVAIR announces award of Information Technology/Information Management (IT/IM) technical support services to Rollout Systems for the Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East and In-Service Support Center (ISSC) at Cherry Point, NC.  IT/IM support includes systems and applications development, maintenance and enhancement; integration of systems and applications; web development and support; database development, programming and administration; data analysis; systems administration; and maintenance and support of production systems.

2008-04-09     Defense Services Exporter

The U.S. Department of State has authorized Rollout Systems to export defense services. This authorization comes as Rollout Systems prepares to launch a pilot for training designed to meet the mission of the Department of State Anti-Terrorism Assistance program world wide.

2007-06-13     Office of Hearings and Appeals Contract Award

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) awards Rollout Systems a multi-year contract to provide Information Security and System/Network Administration services and support for the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA). Information systems security is a critical component of the decision to connect Trust bureaus and offices. Since 2006, Rollout Systems has dedicated their services to support DOI and their efforts to operate secure systems and networks.

2007-05-25     Certification and Accreditation Professional (CAP)

Rollout Systems continues to build a niche as Information Security services providers. The U.S. Department of the Interior mandates CAP certification for federal and contractor personnel supporting information security. Rollout Systems has committed to CAP certification for all personnel who qualify to take the exam with the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium. Currently, all Rollout Systems' information security consultants with two or more years experience are CAP certified.

2006-12-04     TD Ameritrade Management Consulting

Rollout Systems to provide Management Consultant support to TD Ameritrade to review and manage third-party vendor relationships, including the implementation, update, and coordination of software residing on TD Ameritrade’s web trading platform. Rollout Systems is also responsible for the management and validation of monthly releases of all third party vendors to the production trading site; provide B2B and B2C web related activities including business analysis, production support, and quality assurance functions; shepherding new products, services and client features through the Product Development Lifecycle, and providing global management of all related projects and activities.  

2006-06-29     DHS EAGLE Contract Award

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced awardees for the Unrestricted Track of the EAGLE (Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions) program.  Rollout Systems is teamed with large business to provide the EAGLE program Software Development and Management Support Services.  This is a significant new market for Rollout and we look forward to contributing to the security of our nation in support of the DHS mission and goals.

2005-06-15     Office of Historical Trust Accounting Awards SEI-CMMI® Process Development Contract

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of Historical Trust Accounting (OHTA) awarded a multi-year contract to Rollout Systems to develop and implement  processes, procedures, and metrics based on the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI®) guidelines to ensure OHTA software products are of the highest quality and cost effective to own and maintain.  The OHTA systems must provide the highest level of security and integrity for the data used and products produced that document trust accounts reconciliation. 

2005-06-06     Navy Virtual System Commands Award IT Services Contract

Today the U.S. Navy awarded Rollout Systems a prime contract to provide information technology services to virtual system commands (SYSCOMS): NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, and SPAWAR. SeaPort-Enhanced is a 10-year contract vehicle.

2001-11-09     Internal Revenue Service Modernization Contract

Rollout Systems is responsible for integration and deployment activities for the Customer Account Data Engine (CADE) – the cornerstone software application for the IRS’ modernization effort. Duties include working with the PRIME management team as well as IRS clients on a daily basis to provide technical leadership and management consulting services. Rollout Systems provides technical analysis of the software application and relational databases to improve the efficiency of accounting and processing of tax refunds for taxpayers. Rollout Systems also provides design, implementation, and enhancement of the online Web-based Operational Support Knowledge Base, which contains development, deployment, and production-related problem resolutions, transitional management presentations, and production metrics. Rollout employees were selected to setup and maintain the Service Restoration Team (SRT) processes and procedures which organize personnel to respond to production and operations service outages.
