SeaPort-e Quality Assurance Plan

The quality assurance program to support SeaPort-Enhanced ensures each task order customer is provided the opportunity to provide feedback by contacting the Rollout Systems SeaPort-Enhanced Customer Service point of contact.  Additionally, a quality survey is provided to the customer to measure performance in the following areas:

  • Process Management
  • Project Management
  • Engineering
  • Support Activities

Quality assurance surveys may be administered at any time and will be conducted at least once every calendar year for a task order. Rollout Systems follows ISO standards for internal contact support business processes.
