Paid Time Off (Annual)
Rollout Systems' employees are entitled to 10 holidays per company fiscal year. Rollout Systems' employees
are also entitled to the following time off accrual per company fiscal year:
15 days with 0-2 years of service with Rollout
20 days with 3-6 years of service with Rollout
25 days with 7+ years of service with Rollout
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Monthly employee costs are deducted on a pre-tax basis. Employees and dependents are provided comprehensive medical insurance at very favorable rates. Included with the Health plan are vision and prescription benefits.
Dental coverage is offered at very reasonable rates on a pre-tax basis.
Vision coverage is offered at very reasonable rates on a pre-tax basis.
Employee pre-tax contribution up to IRS – statutory ceiling. Employer matching (100% up to 4% of base salary) begins on the third month of employment and the investment is vested immediately.
Rollout Systems offers a number of company paid education and training opportunities for staff to enhance their knowledge, certifications and advance their career paths. This includes reimbursement for certain pre-approved, job-related courses up to a maximum of $3,500 per year for college courses and/or job-related training.
Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance
Employees are provided LTD insurance at no cost.
Short-Term Disability (STD) Insurance
Employees are provided STD insurance at no cost.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
Employees are provided life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost.
