Rollout’s competitive benefit plans are designed to reward our most important asset -  our staff.

Paid Time Off (Annual)

Rollout employees are entitled to 10 holidays and up to 5 personal days per company fiscal year.            

Rollout employees are also entitled to the following vacation accural per company fiscal year:
    10 days with 0-2 years of service with Rollout
    15 days with 3-6 years of service with Rollout
    20 days with 7+ years of service with Rollout

             
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Health Insurance
Monthly employee costs are deducted on a pre-tax basis. Employees and dependents are provided comprehensive medical insurance through CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Company at very favorable rates.  Included with the Health plan are vision and prescription benefits.

Dental Insurance
Dental coverage, provided by Humana Dental, is offered at very reasonable rates on a pre-tax basis.

Vision Insurance

Vision coverage, provided by Humana Vision, is offered at very reasonable rates on a pre-tax basis.

401(k) Plan
Employee pre-tax contribution up to IRS – statutory ceiling. Employer matching (100% up to 4% of base salary) begins on the third month of employment and the investment is vested immediately.

Tuition Reimbursement
Rollout offers a number of company paid education and training opportunities for staff to enhance their knowledge and advance their career paths. This includes full tuition reimbursement for approved, job-related courses up to a maximum of $3,500 per year for college courses and/or job related training.

Bonuses
Rollout offers incentive plans to reward individuals and teams that excel. This includes individual performance rewards and team performance rewards for supporting the growth of the business.

Disability Insurance
Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance
Employees are provided LTD insurance at no cost.

Short-Term Disability (STD) Insurance
Employees are provided STD insurance at no cost.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
Employees are provided life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost.
