Executive Leaders

Julian Chang is Co-founder and President for Rollout Systems, LLC.   He is responsible for a variety of executive positions with the Company including strategic planning and operations in maintaining the company's standards of excellence.   Mr. Chang has spent the majority of his career providing IT consulting to the Federal and Commercial sectors.   Mr. Chang received his Master's Degree in Computer Systems Management and his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, both from the University of Maryland.  Mr. Chang is a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and is a member of the Baltimore Chapter.

Jeff Cox is Co-founder and Executive Vice President for Rollout Systems, LLC.  He is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Company by working with the President to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.  Mr. Cox has spent his entire career as an IT services provider to Federal, State and Local government.  Mr. Cox received his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information and Science from the University of Maryland.  Mr. Cox is certified by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2 as a Certification and Accrediation Professional (CAP) .
